User Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service govern the provision of services by Netfixers (including its parent companies and subsidiaries). By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Authorization

By engaging Netfixers, you authorize our technicians to perform diagnostics, software migration, hardware adjustments, structured cabling, CCTV configuration, access control, sound system installations, and/or data transfer on your device(s) or premises.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up all data prior to service. Netfixers is not liable for data loss or corruption before, during, or after service.
  • Software Licensing: You confirm all installed software is properly licensed. Netfixers does not install, transfer, or support unlicensed or pirated software. Licenses are only provided if explicitly purchased from us.

3. Service Limitations

While every effort is made to replicate previous setups, exact duplication cannot be guaranteed due to software dependencies, configuration differences, or licensing restrictions.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • Limited Warranty: Services are covered under a seven (7) day limited warranty for issues directly related to the work performed.
  • Liability Limitation: Netfixers’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered. In no event shall Netfixers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

5. Payment & Proposal Terms

  • Proposal Validity: Quoted service proposals are valid for thirty (30) days.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preferred method: e‑transfer
  • Late Payment: Invoices overdue by more than thirty (30) days accrue interest at 2.5% per month (compounded where permitted). You agree to reimburse reasonable collection costs and legal fees.

6. Consent to Proceed

By proceeding, you consent to these Terms and authorize the work to be performed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario.
